Here are some images of a two bedroom apartment that we have recently completed in Roda Golf in the South East of Spain.

The apartment is a standard sized property which could have easily look cluttered, but we feel that the end result is not only tasteful but welcoming also.

The bedrooms were furnished in the same style and colour so as to remain "uniformed." Many companies will try to fit as many different colours and styles into a property as possible and unfortunatley this can easily ruin the overall design effect.

The lounge and dining areas did not offer a great deal of usable wall space, but the inclusion of the flat screen television and wall units have created not only extra storage space but also a certain elegance.

The dining table and coffe table are from the same manufacturers so that they present a complementing feel which contrasts beautifully against the cane and fabric sofa and the cream leather chairs.

Deep browns and red accents have been used to highlight the furniture pieces and the furnishings and again offer a more than pleasant relief from the beige marble floors and the cream coloured painted walls.

This is how we finish a property each and every time. You or your tenant will be able to move right in - just bring your clothes and your toothbrush.
